David was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He is a retired veteran of the Armed Services. Enlisting in the Army after High School and receiving an honorable discharge for his three years of service. Prior to getting into Real Estate David worked as a licensed electrical contractor for over 30 years. During his tenure as an electrical contractor David gained valuable experience in all facets of building and development within the real estate market. He parleyed this knowledge into a successful Real Estate Career. As a licensed Broker for over 20 years David specializes in all property types and  covers South Florida. Now residing in Boca Raton, David’s experience & knowledge of luxury real estate transactions make him a valuable member of Palm Rose Realty

Kenneth is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University. At Penn State, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Labor and Industrial Relations and was a Varsity Letterman in Men’s Lacrosse. Prior to joining Palm Rose Realty℠ Kenneth worked in various capacities within the real estate and finance industries. Most notably as a Financial Analyst for Shaner Corp and the managing broker of RPG Realty. ℠ While working at Shaner he specialized in investment analysis of real estate development and feasibility.  As managing broker of RPG Realty℠ he was responsible for the macro and micro development of the organization.  Kenneth’s knowledge of financial & real estate markets as well as his passion and desire to help people make him an integral part of Palm Rose Realty.
